Admin challenges and tournaments

Ok guys listen up. I've been thinking alot about creating torunaments for the forum where members fight one on one with others in specific arenas and at the end of all the matches the winner gets an award from an admin. As well I was thinking of creating something called the Admin challenges, where admins like myself and others create certain challenges that members can try to beat and if they beat a challenge made by an admin the member gets a special rank or something more...What do you all think?

How would the one-on-ones work? Would it run on a stat system, and if not, who would decide who had won, and when?

It would depend on the players....It would go on until one lost most likely.

Yes, but what I'm asking, is...how do you know when someone's lost? You'd need a specific system or a judge, otherwise it would kind of be 'I use my sexeh skills 2 defeet u!' 'No, I out-sex you!' 'noob!' 'rarr!'

...or sommat.

I will be judging the match it will matter on how I and the other admins see the battle to dtermine the winner.
